Terms and Conditions for STOXPOS
Effective Date: 11 JUNE 2025

Welcome to STOXPOS, a product of CODEX ENTERPRISE (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By subscribing to or using STOXPOS software and services (“Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”).

  1. Subscription and Use
    • The Service is licensed per company, based on the registered company name and registration number provided at subscription.
    • The license is non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be resold or used by any other entity other than the registered subscriber
    • Before subscribing, customers must ensure the Service is suitable for their business needs. We do not oer refunds once the subscription is confirmed.
    • Subscription periods are fixed (e.g., one year). Early termination by the subscriber does not entitle any refund. After expiration, the subscription will not auto-renew unless expressly agreed.
  2. Payment and Refund
    • Payment terms and invoicing will be communicated separately.
    • All payments are final and non-refundable. Please carefully evaluate the suitability of the Service before subscribing.
  3. Intellectual Property
    • All intellectual property rights in the Service and related materials remain the exclusive property of the Company.
    • Users are granted a limited license to use the Service under these Terms.
  4. User Responsibilities
    • Users must provide accurate company registration details during subscription.
    • Users agree not to share login credentials or attempt unauthorized access.
  5. Limitation of Liability
    • The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Service.
    • The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  6. Privacy and Data Protection
    • Please review our Privacy Policy which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
  7. Changes to Terms
    • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated and will take eect upon posting.
  8. Governing Law
    • These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia
